  • First Visit Intake: $180

Auto Billing

For your convenience, we offer an autopay process at each location. Your credit card will be securely stored in our system and charged at each visit and within the month after invoices are sent out. No paper bills will be mailed. Receipts will be emailed following the credit card charge, with itemized receipts available upon request.

We will collect any remaining balances based on claims processing. Please note that it can take 6-8 weeks for claims to process.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. We make every effort to fulfill your scheduling needs. However, to maintain the efficiency of our schedule and ensure availability for all our clients, we ask that you provide 24 hour notice for cancellations. If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, a $50 fee will be charged.

Accepted Insurances

We work closely with your insurance provider to maximize your benefits and minimize your out-of-pocket costs. Please note that some insurances require authorization for physical therapy & behavioral health. We will attempt to obtain this authorization on your behalf. However, please note that verification of insurance benefits is not a guarantee of payment. Any balance not covered by your insurance will be your responsibility. We attempt to verify benefits as a courtesy, if you are unsure about your coverage please call your provider prior to treatment. If authorization is denied or still under review, and you wish to continue treatment, you agree to pay our standard rate fee per visit (See fee structure). This amount is reimbursable to you if authorization is later approved. We encourage you to follow up with your insurance to ensure all necessary authorizations are granted.

The process of working with insurance involves many detailed steps, and exceptions are common. At any point, information may be missing, miscommunicated, or misunderstood, which can delay the payment process. The insurance billing process can take time. While many claims are processed within 30–60 days, some may take longer depending on your insurance plan, missing information, or additional review. In some cases, it can take up to six months from treatment date for insurers to finalize payment. This timeline is normal and does not reflect any delay on the part of BEST Health · Wellness · Performance. We submit claims promptly and will notify you if additional information is needed.

Under federal law, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the cost of your care if you are uninsured or not using insurance for your services.

If Your Bill Is Higher Than Expected

If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill. Be sure to keep a copy or photo of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
