Caylin Bauld, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Caylin is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over five years of clinical experience and a unique background shaped by both competitive athletics and military service. She earned her DPT from Methodist University and holds certifications in dry needling, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM, including blading and cupping), and blood flow restriction (BFR) therapy.
Her treatment approach combines hands-on techniques with individualized exercise programming to help patients recover from injury, improve movement quality, and return to the activities they love—stronger and more resilient than before.
Prior to becoming a physical therapist, Caylin competed as a Division I soccer player at East Carolina University and served 4.5 years in the U.S. Army. This diverse background gives her a practical, performance-based mindset when helping patients overcome physical challenges.
Outside the clinic, Caylin enjoys boating, offshore fishing, traveling, and hiking with her husband and their two dogs.
