Madison Allen, PT, DPT
Clinic Director
Madison graduated from Cleveland State University, earning her Bachelor’s in Health Science in 2016, followed by her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2019. She has gained experience in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings across the country, ultimately discovering her passion for outpatient care. Madison is currently pursuing certification in dry needling to further enhance her skills.
Outside the clinic, Madison enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Iris and Tango, traveling, exploring the outdoors, and being with family and friends.
