Physical Therapist
Noelle recently moved to the Raleigh area from Wake Forest, North Carolina. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from East Carolina University in 2014, following her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Noelle has been practicing in outpatient physical therapy for over a decade and is deeply committed to providing personalized care to her patients.
With extensive experience as both a patient and provider, Noelle believes in the power of listening to her patients and tailoring one-on-one care to meet their unique goals and concerns. She has a keen interest in various areas of physical therapy, particularly in treating vestibular and balance dysfunction. Noelle has worked with patients experiencing dizziness and balance issues, including BPPV, vestibular weakness, concussion, Meniere's disease, POTS, and other complex conditions.
Noelle's practice encompasses a wide range of conditions such as sports injuries, arthritis, chronic pain, post-operative joint replacements, stroke, Parkinson's disease, spinal fusions, and prenatal and postpartum care. Her favorite aspect of her work is building relationships with her patients and helping them return to activities that bring them joy.
Noelle has achieved numerous specialized certifications that enhance her ability to provide comprehensive care. She is Level II certified in vestibular rehabilitation by the American Institute of Balance and holds certifications in manual therapy (COMT) and scientific therapeutic exercise progression (STEP) from the Ola Grimsby Institute. Additionally, she has completed training in pre and postpartum rehabilitation, FMT Rockpods Myofascial Cupping, vision rehabilitation for adults, and Kinesiotaping. Noelle is also skilled in dry needling and is a certified Graston provider, ensuring she can offer a wide array of treatment options to her patients. She believes that keeping patients engaged and making therapy enjoyable is key to a successful recovery.
Outside of the clinic, Noelle enjoys spending time with her husband, their two boys, and their licensed therapy dog. They love outdoor activities, being near the water, and indulging in sweets!
